  The Division of Recreation is responsible for providing recreational activities and programs for all city residents, maintaining the City parks and swimming pools, and sponsoring various sports and league activities. The Recreation Division is also responsible for coordinating the Central Jersey Fourth of July parade and the Annual Outdoor Arts Festival.
