The Planning Division's responsibilities includes physical and land use planning, preparation of the Capital Improvement Program, reviewing site plans for traffic and parking conditions, and serving as the Administrative Officer to the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment and Historic Preservation Commission.
