Please be advised that the Office of Vital Statistics will have new hours. As of April 1, 2012, the office of Vital Statistics will be open from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. They will re-open again from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Please make note of this change in operations. We appreciate your attention and kind consideration.
VITAL STATISTICS SERVICES
- Receive birth certificate;
- Receive death certificates;
- Issue burial permits;
- Issue copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates;
- Take the oath on marriage license applications;
- Take the oath on civil unions;
- Issue marriage licenses;
- Issue Dogs and Cats Licenses
